3rd Youth Leadership and Innovation Award for Migration (YLIA)

The Global Diaspora Confederation is pleased to announce that applications are now open for the 3rd Youth Leadership and Innovation Award for Migration (YLIA)! Are you leading a project or initiative that empowers young people on the move? As part of efforts to innovate the dialogue within the Global Forum on Migration and Development (GFMD), this award recognizes youth-led initiatives that enhance the lives of migrants.

Finalists will receive mentorship, seed funding, and the opportunity to participate in the GFMD Summit in Barranquilla, Colombia, this June. Open to initiatives aligned with the following categories:

1. Championing vulnerable communities on the move

2. Cultural & digital innovation for narrative transformation

3. Creating regular migration pathways for all
